Project 2a-Pavilion

In this project, me and my group member are required to design a pavilion based on the site and character that we have been given during our site visit to the Kuala Selangor Nature Park. Our character is photographer and the site is a swamp area. Throughout this project, I am able to generate design possibilities through  the use of architectonics in a simple architectural form, space and function. Besides that, I have successfully translated my design ideas into habitable architectural spaces through drawings and model making.

Project 2b-Retreat House

For this project, I am required to design a retreat house located in a swamp area for my character which is a photographer. From this project, I am able to interpret and analyse simple site context. Besides that, I am able to interpret and analyse the character and needs in relation to the design of the retreat house. Lastly, I have successfully designed  simple building type that meets user requirements and respect site context that balances both internal and external design values. 

Project 1-Diagrammatic Abstraction

In this project, me and my group members are required to conduct a research onto an architect. We have been given Jean Prouve and the building is LaMaison Tropicale. From this project, I am able to understand the basic architectural compositions of solids, planes, lines and frames. Follow on, I am able to analyse the work of the selected architect.
