Project 1- Industrialised Building System

For this project, my groupmates and I are required to construct one apartment model based on our research on IBS system. The IBS system that we selected is wall panel system. Throughout the project, I have Identified and collected relevant research data. I am able to explain a set of architectural and structural documentation. Besides that, I am able to relate basic structural elements and structural principles in construction.
I have analysed and document construction methods and materials. Lastly,  I able to understand critique issues pertaining to energy efficiency, embodied energy as well as ecological impact.

Project 2- Integration with Studio 5

In this project, I am required to showcase my understanding on structural system, UBBL and building materials. From this project, I have learnt to analyse and document construction methods and materials. Next, I am able to evaluate existing construction system and detailing of the selected project. I also understand critique issues pertaining to construction principles, materials, techniques, codes of practice, process of assembly, and detailing. Lastly, I have generated alternative construction solutions by means of sketches and drawings.
