For project 2, I am instructed to form a group of three and then me and my group members are required to think about how we going to express ourselves through architectural space. The main focus is on the scale and proportion and the interaction between body and space. From this project, I am able to identify and articulate basic design principles in spatial organization. Moreover, I have been able to distinguish and discern the role of scale and proportion in the relationship between human body and a designed space or enclosure. Lastly, I have designed and produced a space that embodies and expresses an idea or conceptual narrative.

In project 1, I am required to express myself through object. So, I have decided to make a drawing on newspaper which I talked about my dream occupations which are to be an architect or a politician. Next, I have talked about the things that have inspired me to have this dream and what I will do if I have achieved one of my dream job. Thoughout the project, I have been able to identify and abstract theme/ideas of the 'self'. Moreover, I have able to construct a representational piece of art based on the initial ideas that have been abstracted and redefined through the process of translation and interpretation.

Project 3

As for project 3, I am required to design a dreamspace by engaging it to a imagined city based on a few movies. The movie that I have chosen is The Fifth Element which is a quite futuristic city. Me and my group members are required to produce a site model where we can place our dreamspace model. Then, we have to create our own dreamspace model along with presentation boards for final presentation purpose. From this project, I have designed and produced a space that embodies and expresses an idea or conceptual narrative. Next, I am able to distinguish and discern the role of scale and proportion in the relationship between the human body and a designed space or enclosure. Furthermore, I have been able to identify, articulate and apply basic design principles in spatial organization and relationships. Afterwards, I am also able to select and apply materials to embody and enhance the sensory experience of the space. Last but not least, I am able to create, articulate and illustrate the poetics of spatial quality.
